Like in 2008, Ulla Schmidt, Federal Minister of Health, Germany has again accepted the invitation to become patron of the Baltic Conference on E-Health.

Opening and Closing Remarks
Dietrich Wersich, Senator for Social Affairs, Family Affairs, Health and Consumer Protection, City of Hamburg and Frank Horch, President, Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, will deliver opening remarks. Kurt Bodewig MP, Federal Minister ret., Chairman of the Board, Baltic Sea Forum e. V., will hold the closing speech.
