iPLATO Mobile Health Services Reaches 5 Million Patients in the UK
iPLATO Healthcare, a UK leader in mHealth, revealed that the number of patients connected to its platform surpassed five million in late 2012. Working in partnership with healthcare commissioners, commissioning support teams and practices iPLATO added over 5,000 patients per day to the platform in 2012.

EMIS - the UK's leading supplier of GP clinical systems - has announced discussions on a landmark record-sharing agreement with another supplier in a further move to make the vision of 'joined up' NHS care a reality. The company is planning to join forces with TPP to deliver one-to-one local health community data-sharing for clinical commissioning group (CCG) areas using both EMIS and TPP systems.
