Agfa HealthCare announces today that it has signed an agreement to implement Enterprise Imaging for Radiology in the new Acibadem International Medical Center, expected to open in Amsterdam shortly. This is the first contract for Agfa HealthCare with a subsidiary of the largest supplier of healthcare services globally, Integrated HealthCare Holdings. 
Royal Philips (NYSE: PHG, AEX: PHIA) has announced the introduction of IntelliSpace Portal 9.0, the latest edition of its comprehensive, advanced visual analysis and quantification platform. Featuring a suite of multi-modality functions and expanded neurological tools, IntelliSpace Portal 9.0 helps radiologists detect, diagnose and follow-up on treatment of diseases, while using new machine learning capabilities to support the physician. As communicated previously, Agfa-Gevaert NV ("Agfa") was approached by CompuGroup Medical SE ("CompuGroup"), who had indicated an interest in a potential acquisition of all of the issued shares of Agfa by way of a voluntary conditional public takeover offer.
