 CompuGroup Medical concluded an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Microbais Werkmaatschappij B.V.. Microbais is one of the market leaders in ambulatory and pharmacy information systems in the Netherlands. The 2011 turnover is expected to amount to 11.2 million Euro with about 70% recurring revenue and EBITDA is expected to be 2.5 million Euro.

This will bring new mHealth services to another 300,000 people living in the South East of England.
