First Databank (FDB), the UK's leading provider of drug knowledge bases and clinical decision support, today announced the continuation of the successful partnership with Helix Health. The contract provides Helix Health with FDB's trusted clinical databases for the next three years. 
CompuGroup Medical concluded an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Microbais Werkmaatschappij B.V.. Microbais is one of the market leaders in ambulatory and pharmacy information systems in the Netherlands. The 2011 turnover is expected to amount to 11.2 million Euro with about 70% recurring revenue and EBITDA is expected to be 2.5 million Euro.
