The European Commission has published a call for proposals for the establishment of a database of independent experts to assist the Commission's services for tasks in connection with the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).

The Security Through Science Programme offers grants to scientists in NATO, Partner and Mediterranean Dialogue countries to collaborate on priority research topics.

Tempus funds are included in the budget allocated to each partner country, in the framework of cooperation programmes financed by the European Union. Indicative funds available per partner country can be consulted.
