eHealth Hub: Investment Readiness Training + Pitch Event

eHealth HubeHealth Hub presents to European SMEs the opportunity to take part in upcoming Health Pioneers event (25 October) on new health technology and related investment scene. The day before the major Conference, eHealth Hub organizes two events targeted to startups, SMEs, healthcare providers and investors, led by prominent eHealth European professionals.

The eHealth Hub events are free of charge, as part of the EU H2020 funded project.

A great opportunity for networking and get trained while showcasing and exploring the latest innovations in healthcare such as patient-provider communication, consumer health, genomics, data analytics, corporate wellness and so much more.

eHealth Hub invites startups registered to Health Pioneers to check the program, register by 30 September 2017 and take part in. Only 10 startups will be selected to participate into the Pitch Competition.

Agenda - Investment Readiness & Pitch @Health Pioneers 2017

24th October, Amsterdam

10:00 - 13:00 Investment Readiness Training
Through this session, Digital health SMEs seeking private funding will learn how to gauge their funding needs, what sources of funding are best for their specific situation, how to prepare before engaging in a serious conversation with investors and how to improve their pitches.

14:00 - 16:00 Pitch Competition
This session is a pitch competition and networking opportunity with the most active European investors in digital health! Ten startups will be invited to make a 4-minute pitch presentation followed by 4 minutes of Q&A with our jury panelists.

Eligibility criteria

  • Early-stage startups and SMEs within the eHealth sector.
  • Headquarters in Europe,
  • Solution is live and available,
  • SME actively looking for seed or series A funding.

Main selection criteria

  • Unique value proposition and competitive advantage
  • Scalability
  • User momentum or pilot/implementation programmes or commercial traction
  • UX design
