Nuance Communications, Inc.Nuance Communications, Inc., a leading supplier of speech solutions, introduces version 7 of its speech recognition platform SpeechMagic and version 2.0 of SpeechMagic Solution Builder, a clinical documentation application for German-speaking countries, Finland and Spain. The new programming interface offers the possibility to integrate SpeechMagic with a wide variety of edit controls. Start-up accuracy, vocabularies as well as learning algorithms have been further enhanced, leading to the delivery of a powerful speech recognition infrastructure at even enterprise or group-wide level. SpeechMagic 7 supports more than 25 recognition languages.

SpeechMagic Solution Builder 2.0, which is the company's speech-based clinical documentation application for German-speaking countries, Finland and Spain. SpeechMagic Solution Builder 2.0 comes with improved online speech recognition features and now facilitates medical reporting, inline with the structure of the electronic patient record. SpeechMagic Solutions Builder 2.0 has been designed to power documentation workflows in large-scale, distributed networks. The new version can manage up to 1,500 users and 100,000 dictation jobs simultaneously. SpeechMagic Solution Builder 2.0 supports Citrix networks and Linux workstations.
