ICT 2010 - Call for Networking Proposals

27-29 September 2010, Brussels.
The Networking Sessions at ICT 2010 complement the conference and exhibition and provide an open forum for exchanging views and ideas on how to address current ICT challenges. These sessions are designed to facilitate contacts between researchers, innovators and engineers from all ICT fields. That is why the networking proposals are defined and proposed by the ICT community itself. They offer the opportunity for forward-thinking ICT 2010 participants to set up collaboration initiatives that address the wide European Research Area.

Proposals for networking sessions are welcome in the following areas:

  • all scientific and technological subjects directly related to ICT
  • all the ICT related components of FP7 (Cooperation, Ideas, People and Capacities), the ICT PSP programme, EU ICT policies, international cooperation, technology platforms and public private partnerships

The final networking programme will consist of the set of selected proposals submitted by the research communities and other stakeholders, through this Call for Proposals which closes on 15 April 2010. Visitors to the ICT 2010 web site will have a chance to express interest and comment on individual sessions published in the ICT2010 networking programme from 15 May to 7 June 2010 on the ICT2010 website.

The Networking Committee will select the most interesting proposals, in accordance with the networking selection criteria, and in function of the time and facilities available during the Event. The Networking Committee will make all arrangements concerning the scheduling , venue, etc. of networking sessions, which will be programmed over the three days of ICT 2010 in September.

Follow the step-by-step instructions to send your contribution.
