CSW Group LtdThe website reflects the modern design of Case Notes' new user interface and includes the primary features and benefits of the Case Notes base system, modules, tools and packages. The website also provides in-depth information about Case Notes' innovative functionality and detailsinformation on the four main areas of the product:
  • Care Records and Shared Care Systems
  • Regional Repositories and Frameworks
  • Clinical Modules and Overlays
  • Clinical Service Improvement

CSW has extended Case Notes' existing capabilities and functions to provide both a solutiontoolkit and modular approach to the new challenges faced by Health and Social Care professionals today. Case Notes v5.0 is fully Spine compliant enabling Health and Social Careorganisations to share local patient information by linking to the NHS Care Record Service(NCRS) in the UK. Designed for interoperability and embracing national standards such as XML and HL7, Case Notes v5.0 enables patients' electronic information to move with them, as theymove into and out of care settings and across organisational and geographical boundaries.

The modular nature of Case Notes v5.0 means that components can be substituted or addedwith minimal impact and without major re-delivery of the system. This provides careorganisations with the flexibility to extend and update clinical and departmental systems as requirements change over time, while continuing to deliver seamless shared care services.

Over the coming months, new features will be added to the website as Case Notes is developed further - for more information, visit www.casenotes.co.uk
