CARESTREAM DRX-Revolution Mobile X-ray System Earns Top Rating in MD Buyline Report

CarestreamThe CARESTREAM DRX-Revolution Mobile X-ray System earned the top rating in MD Buyline's First Quarter 2013 User Satisfaction Report for portable radiographic systems. Users gave the DRX-Revolution the highest rating in all six categories in the report, which included three other suppliers.

According to the report, users commended the DRX-Revolution for its exceptional functionality and ability to reduce radiation dose at some facilities. Users also complimented the system's "improved visibility" due to the collapsible column. One user said "radiographers are fighting to use this system." Speed of image processing and preview was also highly rated by healthcare facilities.

The DRX-Revolution also earned high marks for reliability and a seamless implementation process. A number of respondents said they could efficiently use the system after the initial training session and facilities who had experience with CARESTREAM CR systems said the training was minimal due to the similarities in the user interface.

The MD Buyline Portable Radiographic System report includes user ratings in the following categories: system performance, system reliability, installation/implementation, applications training, service response time and service repair quality.
