Philips Announces Commercial Availability of its Interoperable and Scalable IntelliSpace Universal Data Manager for Healthcare Enterprises
Royal Philips (NYSE: PHG; AEX: PHIA) today announced the commercial availability of its high-performance IntelliSpace Universal Data Manager, a scalable, secure, interoperable data management solution that supports healthcare enterprises in organizing large data sets, including millions of images and other data from multiple sources, and quickly delivering them to virtually any clinician throughout their health network. 
A technology developed in the UK has been selected for a national NHS acceleration programme to help measure if care is making a meaningful difference to people and to empower the NHS to prevent diseases, reduce severe illness and improve quality of life.
