Visualising Plastic Changes to the Brain

Tinnitus, migraine, epilepsy, depression, schizophrenia, Alzheimer's: all these are examples of diseases with neurological causes, the treatment and study of which is more and more frequently being carried out by means of magnetic stimulation of the brain. Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust Acquires Agfa HealthCare Digital Radiography Systems

Agfa HealthCare announced that the Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust's main hospital - North Devon District Hospital - as well as eight of its community hospitals have replaced their existing digital radiography systems, with Agfa HealthCare CR 30-X and DX-G CR solutions, including MUSICA image processing-enabled workstations and image processing.

Carestream Becomes a Sponsor of MUST Research Project

Carestream has become a sponsor of the MUST Research Project to take place during the 2014 Tor des Géants Endurance Trail Race held between 7-14 September in Italy. Traditional Prescription Goes Digital in Veneto Region, Italy

From today, in Veneto Region the traditional prescription will make room for the digital one. The prescription drug will no longer be delivered to patients by general practitioners on the traditional "red prescription", but through a memo printed on white paper. With this reminder citizens will, as usual, go to the pharmacy and pick up the prescribed medication.
