First European Conference in eHealth and Telemedicine in Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation

The first European Conference in eHealth and Telemedicine in Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation is organised by the Department of Cardiovascular Prevention, Rehabilitation and Sports Cardiology at the University Hospital, Inselspital Bern and carried out in cooperation with the ESC Working Group on e-Cardiology. eHealth and Telemedicine will become an integrated part of cardiovascular healthcare delivery. Development and application of tools, such as Telemonitoring, Telecardiology, Telerehabilitation and Mobile Health Applications in the field of cardiovascular prevention and rehabilitation are the main topics of this conference.

Since eHealth and Telemedicine is a rapidly evolving topic, in particular in cardiovascular medicine, an exchange of perspectives and networking with experts and the industry is pursued, in order to further develop innovative methods, products and applications to support patients and improve care.
