NHS Lothian Implements Intel's Personal Health System to Manage Patients with Chronic Conditions
Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) today announced that its IntelĀ® Health GuideĀ, a care management tool designed for healthcare professionals who manage patients with chronic conditions, is being used in the NHS Lothian telehealth programme. This 400 unit programme is one of the largest of its kind in the UK and will provide in-home care for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and other chronic conditions.
