Birmingham City Council has launched its large-scale, city-wide telecare service in partnership with Tunstall. The service, which is believed to be the first of its kind in the UK, will benefit up to 25,000 people over the next three years

CompuGroup Medical concluded an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Microbais Werkmaatschappij B.V.. Microbais is one of the market leaders in ambulatory and pharmacy information systems in the Netherlands. The 2011 turnover is expected to amount to 11.2 million Euro with about 70% recurring revenue and EBITDA is expected to be 2.5 million Euro.
