(Opinion Article) Paperless NHS: Not without Caldicott2

Not only does the report mark a decisive step forward for patient privacy, it lays the foundation for building a secure and trusted digital healthcare system and the achievement of a paperless NHS by 2018.

Agfa HealthCare announces its successful participation in the IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) initiative's 13th European Connectathon in Istanbul, Turkey. The event tests the integration capabilities of hospital information systems (HIS), picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) and other healthcare solutions in a controlled environment.
