iPLATO Enrolls 40 GP Practices onto its "Friends & Family Test" Service in Just Three Weeks
iPLATO, the leader in mHealth and Analytics, announced today that it has enrolled 40 GP practices in its 'beta' service for Friends & Family Testing (FFT) between mid-August and the first week of September. New rules mean that GP practices in England must start capturing patient feedback on their performance, in a similar scheme to that used by Hospitals.

Google has announced Google Fit: an open platform for developers to more easily build fitness apps. According to the official blog post, Google Fit provides a single set of APIs for apps and device manufacturers to store and access activity data from fitness apps and sensors on Android and other devices (like wearables, heart rate monitors or connected scales).
