Noel has enjoyed a career spanning more than 25 years in which he has held a wide variety of UK roles in sales leadership, with a wealth of experience in large scale public and private sector projects across Scotland, England and Wales, focusing on Content Management, Workflow, Business Intelligence, CRM, Case Management and many bespoke development solutions.

Noel joins Clinical Solutions from Pulsion Technology Limited, an award winning, independent IT and software development company.
