Carestream Appoints Tromp Medical as Business Partner in Netherlands

Carestream HealthCarestream Health has appointed Tromp Medical as Business Partner to act as distributor of Carestream Digital Capture Products covering sales and service across the Netherlands. The agreement will take effect from 1st May 2012.

Carestream products sold and supported by Tromp Medical will include Digital Radiography products, including the innovative DRX-1 wireless cassette, DRX Evolution digital X-ray suites and the new state-of-the-art DRX Revolution Mobile XRay Machine, along with CR Products and Laser Printers. Charlie McCaffrey, Northern Cluster Manger, Carestream said "Tromp Medical are a dynamic, innovative and customer focussed organisation with a strong track record of success. This new Partnership with Carestream will support both companies growth strategies enabling easier access to state-of-the-art DRX technology for our Netherlands customers."

Tromp Medical is a well-established sales and service organization, distributing radiography products from several manufacturers (Mammography, CAD, Breast Biopsy, DEXA, mini C-arms, MR coils and MR visualization software). Employing over 50 people, 60% of them in service and application support, Tromp Medical is ISO9001:2008 certified and 95% of their business is generated in the Netherlands.
