Royal Philips Electronics (NYSE:PHG, AEX:PHI) today announced Philips will acquire US-based Raytel Cardiac Services (Raytel) (a division of Raytel Medical Corporation) and other ancillary operations from SHL Telemedicine Ltd., for approximately USD 110 million in cash.
