Advanced Health & Care in Partnership with Medway Community Healthcare is Finalist in Nursing Times Awards 2012

Advanced Health & CareAdvanced Health & Care (Advanced), in partnership with Medway Community Healthcare is a finalist in the 'Nursing in the Community' category of the Nursing Times Awards 2012. The winner will be announced during an awards ceremony at London's Hilton Hotel, Park Lane on 31 October 2012.

Nearly 1,000 organisations from a range of specialties including cancer, respiratory, learning disabilities and mental health, entered the Nursing Times Awards 2012. 132 finalists from 96 organisations have made the finals in 17 categories.

Advanced - one of nine finalists in the 'Nursing in the Community' category - has been shortlisted for its iNurse solution. This leading mobile patient management system enables community clinicians to record and communicate patient care information using Smartphones and tablet devices at the point of care.

Medway Community Healthcare, based in Medway, is using Advanced's iNurse to help care for more than 270,000 patients. The solution has helped to achieve significant time savings, improve clinical care and enhance staff safety.

Advanced's iNurse solution has so far been shortlisted for three awards this year including the Health Service Journal Efficiency Awards, the E-Health Insider Awards and the Nursing Times Awards.
