He has previously served as VP and CIO of International at a Fortune 15 pharmacy benefit management company where he worked with European clients and vendors to launch new and innovative healthcare products. Borukhovich was also a co-founder and chief evangelist officer at healthcare startup, HealthWorldWeb.
