Microsoft is notifying via e-mail the registered users of the HealthVault platform that the service will become unavailable on November 20, 2019. HealthVault is a service for storing personal health and medical records and information (a.k.a. PHR) so they can be shared with health professionals. The text of the e-mail from Microsoft reads:
