The research, independently undertaken by the University of Nottingham, led by Prof Ana Valdes from the Nottingham NIHR Biomedical Research Centre using Joint Academy's clinical and evidence-based digital treatment for chronic joint pain, addresses a rapidly growing health concern as hospital waiting lists are mounting while the NHS is expected to spend £118.6 billion on treating arthritis between 2017 and 2027 alone.
